Many IITS professors lend their helping hand to the society without asking for any financial incentives in return. Recently we were helped by Dr Sanghvi, Dean International Programs and Alumni Relations, IIT Delhi. He gave a Talk on “Challenges in Teaching at IITs” during IICTLEM2018. We also have the fortune of getting support from Dr Dasaka Murthy of Intel-Bengaluru. He talked on Skills Industry look for. Both are seen Below.
( On to the right is Dr Murthy and on to the left is Dr Sanghvi).
We organised an International Conference IICTLEM 2018 in Bengaluru in collaboration with TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES. Earlier also TCS extended all possible help in organising conferences on Engineering Education by sending some of its experts. Dr Kesava Samy is one of the Senior Member of TCS family who always encourages conferences on Engineering Education.
Dr Nataraj is a senior Professor with the System and Control Group of IIT Mumbai pioneering low cast learning kits for electrical engineering and is on a mission to reach colleges so that learning can be low cast, easy, interactive and the colleges need not spend much money. As many as 200 experiments can be done on a kit developed under his guidance. He was generous to present a Demonstration of his kits at events with which we were associated.
