Crowd Funding

For a nascent not-for-profit organization with limited funding, it is extremely difficult to raise INR 100 million (USD 1.5 million) but we are determined to make this project successful, with the support of our well-wishers, friends, students, Alumni, Charities, Industry foundations, Software Multinational Companies, Engineering Industry, CSR contributions and the like. We invite Engineers from countries like India, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, UK, USA, and Canada, to contribute.

Indian Industrialist Mr. Ratan Tata needs no introduction in the corporate world. As a recognition to his contributions, achievements and patriotism, SEE-India decided to honor him by naming the proposed India International Centre for Engineering Education and Research after him. His Highness Late Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Sultanate of Oman was always Indian friendly and allowed millions of Indian Engineers, workers to share his wealth. His Highness was taught by Shri.Shankar Dayal Sharma at University of Pune, beloved past President of India. While Dr Sharma was the president, he paid a visit to Sultanate of Oman where his student His Highness Sultan Qaboos was ruling. When Dr Sharma’s plane landed, His Highness broke all the protocols and went to the airport to receive his teacher. In the airport, he went to the tarmac; he climbed the steps into the plane and went inside the plane to receive Dr Sharma. When they both got down, His Highness drove Dr Sharma sitting behind the steering, all the way from the airport to his palace with Dr Sharma beside him. His Highness (we are sure) never extended any such courtesy to any other leader in the world, big or small. India and Oman have relations that stretch beyond time. To honor His Highness Sultan Qaboos, we name our India International Centre for Engineering Education and Research after Ratan Tata and His Highness Sultan Qaboos.

We request all engineers from India and abroad offer right donations and CSR funds so that SEE-India could go to all the Engineering colleges in India ultimately and offer training workshop to improve the Quality of Teaching and Learning inside the class rooms. Covid 19 also forced lot of faculty to go online and teach but much of the teachers has no formal education, experience or practice in online education.

Well wishers of SEE-India can support through:

  1. Sponsoring free faculty training and development programs of SEE-India at INR 1.5 million per year
  2. Sponsor a training workshop for One’s Alma mater
  3. Offer Donations for the Permanent Building for SEE-India
  4. Sponsor and support research programs/facility of SEE-India
  5. Sponsor Staff Development programs through Certification
